Nadyves just called me with an update that an issue I’ve been struggling with for months, due to the lack of attention from my previous insurance provider, just got fixed by her. She stayed on top of it, called the department that is relevant EVERY SINGLE DAY until she got my issue resolved. There’s nothing more I can expect out of an agent and she LITERALLY is, again, the best!!"
