"Been with State Farm for Bundled Insurance for almost 2 years. Coverage seems okay, but frustrated with yearly rate hikes. Getting Increases Every Renewal: My rates go up every year when it's time to renew. While some increase is understandable, it's annoying. Reaching Agent is Difficult: Phoning the office to discuss the hikes is a challenge. Getting someone on the line takes a long time. Limited Online Options: Unlike other insurers, State Farm doesn't allow creating online quotes to compare rates. This makes it harder to shop around. Overall, the coverage seems alright, but the lack of communication and flexibility regarding rates and online options brings the experience down. Would recommend if you prioritize established companies and don't mind the legwork for rate discussions."
